A personal note, and some of my best LabVIEW code yet!

Hello, World

My wife and I are excited to announce the arrival of our first child, Levi Kerry! One of my colleagues made the point that this is probably one of the only names we could’ve chosen that ends in VI – not to mention it contains both an ‘L’ and a ‘V.’  Believe it or not, this wasn’t intentional, but it’s only fair considering my wife and I met at National Instruments.

You may have noticed that I haven’t written a new post in the last few months.  Not to worry – I’m still at work on new technical material regarding advanced Application Builder practices, which I’ll be debuting at the CLA summit in Austin early next month.

I also wanted to use this opportunity to thank Jack Dunaway of Wirebird Labs for the LabVIEW onsie and also congratulate him on the launch of his new product, which I’m a huge fan of: Deploy.  Check it out at wirebirdlabs.com/deploy.

First technical blog post of 2013 coming soon.

Congratulations! I see you’re maintaining the biblical names tradition.

FWIW, I know other Levi’s too, so he’s certainly not alone.
